40C-9.230. Disposal or Discharge of Waste

Effective on Sunday, January 16, 1994

1The disposal or discharge of any waste outside of designated waste collection facilities is prohibited on all District Lands. The disposal of oil, gasoline or other hazardous substances is prohibited on all District Lands.
