40C-9.260. Posting or Distributing Bills

Effective on Wednesday, May 11, 1994

1Distributing any handbills or circular, or posting, placing, or erecting any bills, notices, papers, signs or advertising devices or informational matter of any kind, excluding District notices, is prohibited on all District Lands unless authorized by a Special Use Authorization.
