40C-9.420. Revenues Generated From District Lands

Effective on Sunday, January 16, 1994

1All revenues generated from the use of District Lands shall be used for District land acquisition or management. The annual report prepared pursuant to subsection 2640C-9.360(7), 27F.A.C., shall contain a section setting forth the revenues generated from the use of District Lands, how these revenues were spent, and the remaining balance in any fund containing these revenues.
