40D-21. Water Shortage Plan |
1(1) During a declared Water Shortage, the District shall continue to monitor and evaluate conditions in accordance with Rules 2040D-21.211 21and 2240D-21.221, 23F.A.C.
24(2) When 26the data and evaluations set forth in Rules 3440D-21.211, 3540D-21.221 36and 3740D-21.251, 38F.A.C., indicate that 41conditions have changed sufficiently to warrant the declaration and implementation of a different set of water use restrictions and other required actions, an order amending or superseding an existing Water Shortage declaration shall be issued and implemented in accordance with Rules 8240D-21.231, 8340D-21.251 84and 8540D-21.275, 86F.A.C.
87(3) When, after considering the data and factors described in Rules 9840D-21.221 99and 10040D-21.231, 101F.A.C., conditions have changed sufficiently to no longer warrant the existence of a specific Water Shortage declaration, an order amending or rescinding the declaration shall be issued with the notification of the order being the same as specified in Rules 14140D-21.231 142and 14340D-21.275, 144F.A.C.
