1(1) When a Water Shortage Emergency has been declared pursuant to subsection 1340D-21.331(5), 14F.A.C., the Executive Director shall issue orders pursuant to the emergency provision of Section 28373.119, F.S. 30Prior notice is not required for issuance of Water Shortage Emergency orders.
42(a) Water Shortage Emergency orders shall recite information related to the existence of such an emergency and identify 60water use restrictions and other required or allowed actions 69deemed necessary by the Executive Director, with the subsequent concurrence of the Board, to address the emergency.
86(b) All users, 89local governments, water utilities, Water Supply Authorities and other parties 99to whom an emergency order is directed shall comply immediately, but may petition the Board for a hearing as set forth in Section 122373.119, F.S.
124(2) The District shall inform all users, 131local governments, water utilities, Water Supply Authorities and other parties 141to whom an emergency order is directed of the existence of such order, and all associated 157water use restrictions and other required or authorized actions, 166by the best practical means available under the circumstances of the specific Water Shortage Emergency.
