40D-21.531. Source Classifications

Effective on Monday, May 4, 1987

1Each water user may be classified according to one or more of the following sources of water:

18(1) Groundwater sources.
21(a) Water table aquifers;

25(b) Confined and semi-confined aquifers.

30(2) Surface water sources.
34(a) Streams or other watercourses;

39(b) Lakes or other impoundments.
