40D-9.210. Disposal or Discharge of Waste

Effective on Tuesday, July 20, 2004

1The disposal or discharge of any waste outside of designated waste collection facilities is prohibited on District Lands. The disposal of oil, gasoline or other hazardous substances is prohibited on District Lands.
