40E-21.671. Method of Withdrawal Classes

Effective on Monday, May 31, 1982

1Each water user may be identified by one or more of the following method of withdrawal classes:

18(1) Surface waters:
21(a) Pump.

23(b) Gravity flow.

26(2) Ground waters:
29(a) Artesian well.

32(b) Pumped well.

35(c) Infiltration gallery.
