1This rule shall be applied to the Lake Okeechobee Region described in subsection 1440E-21.691(3), 15F.A.C., and the Brighton Reservation in accordance with the terms of the Seminole Compact. In addition, depending upon particular hydrologic conditions, restrictions imposed under this section may be applied to agricultural users of Lake Okeechobee and its connected canal system that are in areas outside the Lake Okeechobee Region. Such areas will be identified, as appropriate in the specific water shortage order declaring the restrictions.
