40E-3.500. Scope of Part II

1The rules in this part relate to the standards and criteria for the construction, repair, and abandonment of wells. All wells within the District unless specifically exempted under Rule 3040E-3.051, 31F.A.C., must comply with these standards regardless of whether a permit is required under Part I.
