1Wells shall be covered and sealed in accordance with paragraph 1162-532.500(4)(a), 12F.A.C., incorporated by reference in paragraph 1840E-3.036(1)(c), 19F.A.C.
20(1) Permanent Well Seals.
24(a) Wells shall be properly sealed to prevent the movement of contaminants and surface water into the well.
42(b) The top of the well casing shall at a minimum extend 12 inches above land surface and if practical, 12 inches above the 100-year flood elevation.
