40E-41.053. Exemptions

Effective on Tuesday, October 1, 2013

1Projects which have received final approval of construction plans, or equivalent approval, from local government prior to the effective date of this part are hereby exempt from the fill encroachment criteria specified in subsection 3540E-41.063(4), 36F.A.C. All other criteria specified in Rules 4362-330.301, 4462-330.302 45and 4640E-41.063, 47F.A.C., must be strictly met.
