The Kissimmee River Basin boundary is generally described in Figure 41-4 (August 2016) [http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-07152], incorporated by reference herein, and shall specifically include the area within the following boundaries:

Begin at the intersection of the Southerly right of way line of U.S. 98 (S. R. 700) and the West line of Section 16, Township 35 South, Range 31 East; Thence, Northerly along said West line of Section 16 and Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 31 East, to the Southwest corner of Section 4, Township 35 South, Range 31 East; Thence, Easterly along the South line of said Section 4 to the Southeast corner of said Section 4; Thence, Northerly along the East line of said Section 4 to the Southeast corner of Section 33, Township 34 South, Range 31 East; Thence, Westerly along the South line of said Section 33 to the Southwest corner of said Section 33; Thence, Northerly along the section lines to the Southeast corner of Section 20, Township 34 South, Range 31 East;
