40E-5.331. Modification of Permit

Effective on Thursday, August 14, 2003

1Modification of a permit issued pursuant to this chapter or a consumptive use permit containing an authorization as specified herein shall be in accordance with the provisions in subsection 3040E-2.331(1), 31F.A.C.
