40E-63.320. Individual Permits for BMP Research

Effective on Monday, June 30, 1997

1If a master permit for BMP research is not obtained by August 1, 1997, or if conditions of the master permit are not met, all landowners identified in subsection 3040E-61.041(4), 31Rules 3240E-63.130 33and 3440E-63.150, 35F.A.C., shall be required to modify their Works of the District (WOD) permits, issued pursuant to Part I of Chapters 40E-61 and 40E-63, F.A.C., individually in order to comply with the requirements of Section 69373.4592(4)(f), F.S.
