40E-7.5382. Special Provisions for Vacant Undesignated District Lands Open to the Public

Effective on Saturday, May 3, 2014

1(1) 2In addition to the other prohibitions and restrictions in this Part, the following are prohibited on Vacant undesignated lands:
21(a) Motorized Vessels.

24(b) Public access between 1/2 hour after sunset to 1/2 hour before sunrise.

37(2) Pets must be under physical restraint at all times.
