42-2.016. Motions

Effective on Wednesday, March 15, 1995

1Procedural motions shall be granted or denied by the Secretary. Other motions permitted by the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure may be made where appropriate and shall be disposed of at the Commission’s final hearing.
