1The boundaries of the District are as follows:

9Approximately 13,600 acres in unincorporated Broward County, bounded on the north by State Road 84, on the east by S. W. 160th Avenue, on the south by C-11 Canal (Griffin Road), and on the west by U.S. Highway 27 (excluding the “Bonaventure” project).
