53ER03. Emergency Rule For Year 2003 |
1(1) Name of Game. Instant Game Number 490, “MEGA INSTANT MONOPOLY™ GAME.”
13(2) Price. MEGA INSTANT MONOPOLY™ GAME tickets sell for $10.00 per ticket.
25(3) MEGA INSTANT MONOPOLY™ GAME lottery tic32kets shall have a series of numbers in Machine Readable Code (or bar code) on the back of the ticket, along with a Void If Removed Number under the latex area on the ticket. To be a valid winning MEGA INSTANT MONOPOLY™ GAME lottery ticket, a combination of essential elements sufficient to validate the ticket must be present as set forth in paragraph 53ER9296‑9763(1)(a), F.A.C. In the event a dispute arises as to the validity of any MEGA INSTANT MONOPOLY™ GAME lottery ticket, or as to the prize amount, the Void 125If Removed Number under the latex shall prevail over the bar code.

189(9) Determination of Prizewinners.
193(a) A ticket having a number in the “YOUR HOUSE NUMBERS” play area that matches any of the numbers in the “HOTEL NUMBERS” play area shall entitle the claimant to the corresponding prize shown for that number. A ticket may have up to twenty sets of matching numbers. The prizes are: $5.00, $10.00, $15.00, $20.00, $25.00, $40.00, $50.00, $100, $200, $250, $500, $1,000, $10,000 and $250,000.
262(b) A ticket having a “
268” symbol in the “YOUR HOUSE NUMBERS” play area shall entitle the claimant to double the corresponding prize shown.
287(c) A ticket having a “
293” symbol in the “YOUR HOUSE NUMBERS” play area shall entitle the claimant to a prize of $200.
311(d) A ticket having a “
317” symbol in the “CHANCE” bonus play area shall entitle the claimant to a prize of $50.
334(e) A ticket having a “
340” symbol in the “CHANCE” bonus play area shall entitle the claimant to a prize of $100.
357(f) A ticket having a “
363” symbol in the “CHANCE” bonus play area shall entitle the claimant to a prize of $500.

690(11) The overall odds of winning some prize in Instant Game Number 490 are 1 in 3.19. Prizes, including the top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of ticket purchase. Prizes may be unavailable due to prior sale or other causes occurring in the normal course of business including, but not limited to, ticket damage, defect, theft, or loss.
751(12) For reorders of Instant Game Number 490, the estimated odds of winning, value, and number of prizes shall be proportionate to the number of tickets reordered.
778(13) By purchasing a MEGA INSTANT MONOPOLY™ GAME lottery ticket the player agrees to comply with and abide by all rules and regulations of the Florida Lottery.
805(14) Payment of prizes for MEGA INSTANT MONOPOLY™ GAME lottery tickets shall be made in accordance with rules of the Florida Lottery governing procedures for awarding prizes. A copy of the current rule can be obtained from the Florida Lottery, Office of the General Counsel, 250 Marriott Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-4011.
