53ER06. Emergency Rule For Year 2006 |
Effective on Friday, March 17, 2006
1(1) Effective March 20, 2006 through May 21, 2006, the Florida Lottery will pay retailers fifteen cents per each EZmatch play sold and a three percent cashing commission on each EZmatch inst33ant prize redeemed in their store, including the regular commissions set forth in Rule 53ER05-14, F.A.C.
49(2) The bonus sales and cashing commissions will be reflected on the retailer’s weekly Settlement Report.
65(3) Bonus sales and cashing commissions will be considered compensation to the retailer for Internal Revenue Service purposes.
