153ER07-11 2Cars & Cash5™ Retailer Bonus Cashing Commission.

10(1) Effective March 5, 2007 through April 15, 2007, the Florida Lottery will pay retailers a five-percent cashing 28commission on each 31Cars & Cash 34instant $50 Cash Prize Coupon redeemed in their store, including the regular commission set forth in Rule 53ER05-14, F53.54A55.56C.

57(2) The cashing commission will be reflected on the retailer’s weekly Settlement Report.

70(3) A bonus cashing commission will be considered compensation to the retailer for Internal Revenue Service purposes.
