53ER08-41. Summer Cash™ Retailer Bonus Cashing Commission. (Replaced by 53ER09-71)

Effective on Friday, June 27, 2008

1(1) Effective June 30, 2008 through August 26, 2008, the Florida Lottery will pay retailers a five-percent (5%) ca20shing commission on each 24Summer Cash26™ instant $25 Cash Prize Coupon redeemed in their store, including the regular commission set forth in Rule 53ER05-14, F46.47A48.49C.

50(2) The cashing commission will be reflected on the retailer’s weekly Settlement Report.

63(3) A 65bonus cashing commission will be considered compensation to the retailer for Inter77nal Revenue Service purposes.
