12(1) Beginning October 11, 2009 through November 198, 202009, the 22Florida 23Lottery will conduct, as a 28retailer sales incentive, a 32FLORIDA LOTTO™ with 35XTRA36® 37Retailer 38Bonus 39Sales 40Commission Program in which the 45Florida 46Lottery will award bonus 50sales 51commission52s 53to retailer55s.
56(2) 57The Florida Lottery will pay retailers 63a 642% bonus 66sales 67commission 68on each 70XTRA 71sale 72in addition to 75the regular commission set forth in Rule 53ER05-14, 83F.A.C., 84for a total of $.12 for each $2.00 FLORIDA LOTTO with 95XTRA 96ticket97.

113(1144115) Retailers whose Florida Lottery contracts are terminated or inactivated prior to payment of the bonus commission132s 133shall be paid the commission138s 139earned provided said termination or inactivation was not due to noncompliance with Chapter 24, 153F.S., 154Chapter 53, 156F.A.C., 157or contract terms.
