The total retail value of each Hollywood Trip Grand Prize is twelve-thousand, 3170five-hundred dollars ($12,5003174)3175.

    3176(b) Federal income taxes are required to be withheld from a prize awarded to a nonresident alien claimant at the rate of thirty percent (30%) pursuant to applicable provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. Because there is no cash 3215awarded in connection with the Second P3222rizes in the Hollywood 3226Trip 3227Drawings from which to withhold taxes, a nonresident alien claimant wh3238o is selected as a winner of a Second P3248rize will be required to pay the withholding tax or forfeit the prize. The reporting and subsequent payment of any additional federal, state and/or local taxes shall be the responsibility of the nonresident alien winner.

    3401(e3402) 3403Prizewinner Contestants may opt to take the cash equivalent of any vehicle prizes won during the Experience Game. 3421In such case, 3424PCI shall withhold 3427f3428ederal and California withholding tax payments on behalf of each Prizewinner Contestant that selects the cash option. If a Prizewinner Contestant waives the cash option, 3453PCI shall fulfill 3456the vehicle prize and 3460provide 3461each winner 3463the appropriate 3465IRS tax Form3468. 3469The Prizewinner Contestant shall be responsible for the 3477payment of any applicable taxes 3482on the value of the vehicle3488.
