53ER12. Emergency Rule For Year 2012 |
1(1) Name of Game. 5Instant Game Number 1144, “MONOPOLY™.”
10(2) Price. 12MONOPOLY™ lottery tickets sell for $2.00 per ticket.
20(3) MONOPOLY™ lottery tickets shall have a series of numbers in machine readable code (o35r bar code) on the back of the ticket, along with a validation number under the latex area on the ticket. 56To be a valid winning MONOPOLY™ lottery ticket, the ticket must meet the applicable requirements of Rule 53ER12-17, 74F.A.C75.

123(a) A ticket having a play symbol and corresponding play symbol caption in the “YOUR NUMBERS” play area that matches either play symbol and corresponding play symbol caption in the “WINNING NUMBERS” play area shall entitle the claimant to the corresponding prize shown for that symbol. 169A ticket having a “
174” symbol and corresponding caption in the “YOUR NUMBERS” play area shall entitle the claimant to double the prize shown for that symbol. 197A ticket having a “
202” symbol and corresponding caption in the “YOUR NUMBERS” play area shall entitle the claimant to a prize of $100.222(b) The prizes are: $1.00, $2.00, $4.00, $5.00, $10.00, $20.00, $25.00, $50.00, $100, $200, $1,000, $2,500, and $30,000.

709(11) For reor712ders of Instant Game Number 1144, 718the estimated odds of winning, value, and number of prizes shall be proportionate to the number of tickets reordered.
737(12) Payment of prizes for MONOPOLY™ lottery tickets shall be made in accordance with the rule of the Florida Lottery governing payment of prizes.
