  • 1(1) 2The Florida Lottery will 6conduct, as a retailer sales incentive, a Retailer 14MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES16 17CLUB 18 19Bonus Commission Program (“Program”) 23in which the Florida Lottery will award bonus commissions to Florida Lottery 35retailers who 37sell a winning 40top prize 42or a winning $1 million Millionaires’ Club Prize 50MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES52 53CLUB 54ticket55.

    56(57258) 59The bonus commission for selling a winning top prize ticket is $10,000. 72If multiple winning 75top prize 77tickets are sold in Florida for the sam85e 86drawing, the retailers selling such tickets wi93ll share the bonus commission. 98Each retailer selling a winning 103top prize 105ticket will receive a share of the bo113n114us equal to the number of winning 121top prize 123tickets sold by that particular retailer divided by the total number of winning 136top prize 138tickets so140ld in Florida for that drawing.

    182(1834184) Award of a bonus commission is not dependent upon the 195winning 196top 197prize 198ticket 199or 200winning 201$1 million Millionaires’ Club Prize 206MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES208 209CLUB 210ticket 211being claimed by the winner.

    216(2175218) Retailers whose Florida Lottery contracts are terminated or inactivated prior to the bonus commission award shall be paid the bonus commission earned provided said termination or inactivation was not due to noncompliance with Chapter 24, F255.256S257., 258Chapter 53, F261.262A263.264C265., 266or 267terms of the270ir 271retailer contract273.

    274(2756276) A bonus commission will be considered compensation to the retailer for Inte289rnal Revenue Service purposes. 293The Florida Lottery reserves the right to apply a bonus commission earned against a retailer’s outstanding debt to the Florida Lottery, and to award the remaining balance of 321the bonus commission, if any.

    326(3277328) Bonus commissions are subject to availability of funds appropr338iated for retailer incentives. 342This Program is subject to cancellation by future emergency rule if retailer incentive funding is not appropriated or if the Florida Lottery determines that it is no longer in the state’s best interest to u377se such funds for this purpose.
