53ER15. Emergency Rule For Year 2015 |
1(1) Beginning 3Tuesday, 4April 7, 62015 7through 8Wednesday, 9April 8, 112015, 12the Florida Lottery will conduct the 18April 19Retailer Book Activation Promotion in which Florida Lottery retailers will have a chance to win $351,00037.
38(2) Florida Lottery retailers who act44ivate at least one book of each 51of the 53three 54April 55launch instant games and load them into ticket dispensers by midnight 66(67ET68) 69on 70Wednesday, 71April 8, 732015, 74will be entered into one of eighteen drawings on Wednesday, 84April 8515, 8620187588. The 90three 91April 92launch instant games are: Instant Game Number 1100261016, 102QUICK BUCKS; 104Instant Game Number 1108261097, 110DOUBLE MATCH; 112and Instant Game Number 1117211872, 119BIG MONEY121.
122(3) Each qualifying retailer will receive one entry into one drawing determined by d136istrict and retailer category 140(corporate or independent). Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the following table.

430(4316432) 433Retailers will be subject to disqualification from the drawing for failing to load the activated games into dispensers or if the Florida Lottery determines that the activation and subsequent deactivati463on of one or more of the qualifying books of tickets invalidates the entry. 477Alternate entries will be used in the order in which they are drawn to select an alternate retailer winner in the event a retailer winner is disqualified504.
505(5067507) Retailers will receive their 512April 513Retailer Book Activation Promotion prize check within 520approximately 521thirty days 523of the 525drawing.
526(5278) 528Retailers whose Florida Lottery contracts are terminated or inactivated prior to the promotional prize award shall be paid the promotional prize provided the termination or inactivation was not due to non-compliance with Florida Lottery laws, rules or 565terms of the retailer 569contract.
570(5719572) A promotional prize will be considered compensation to the retailer for Internal Revenue Service purposes. The Florida Lottery reserves the right to apply the promotional prize awarded against a retailer’s outstanding debt to the Florida Lottery.
