28(3) 29WILD DOUBLER 31lottery tickets shall have a series of numbers in machine readable code (or bar code) on the back of the ticket, along with a validation number under 58the latex area on the ticket. 64To be a valid winning 69WILD DOUBLER 71lottery ticket, the ticket must meet the applicable requirements of Rule 53ER1833-31, 84F85.86A87.88C.
