53ER16. Emergency Rule For Year 2016 |
1(1) Name of Game. Game Number 1315, “LUCKY 7.”
10(2) Game Number 1315, LUCKY 7 is a Scratch-Off lottery game (also known as an instant lottery game).
28(3) Price. LUCKY 7 lottery tickets sell for $1.00 per ticket.
39(4) LUCKY 7 lottery tickets shall have a series of numbers in machine readable code (or bar code) on the back of the ticket, along with a validation number under the latex area on the ticket. To be a valid winning LUCKY 7 lottery ticket, the ticket must meet the applicable requirements of Rule 53ER15-31, F95.96A97.98C.
99(5) The play/prize symbols and play/prize symbol captions are as follows:
110(6) Determination of Prizewinners.
114(a) A ticket having three like play symbols and corresponding play symbol captions (prize amounts) in the play area shall entitle the claimant to a prize of that am143ount. 144A ticket having two like play symbols and corresponding play symbol captions (prize amounts) and a “
161” symbol in the play area shall entitle the claimant to a prize of double that amount.178(b) The prizes are: $1.00, $2.00, $4.00, $5.00, $10.00, $15.00, $20.00, $30.00, $40.00, $50.00, $100, $200, and $3,000.

360(8) The estimated overall odds of winning some prize in Game Number 1315 are 1 in 4.96. Prizes, including the top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of ticket purchase. Prizes may be unavailable due to prior sale or other causes occurring in the normal course of business including, but not limited to, ticket 416damage, defect, theft, or loss.
421(9) For reorders of Game Number 1315, the estimated odds of winning, value, and number of prizes shall be proportionate to the number of tickets reordered.
447(10) Payment of prizes for LUCKY 7 lottery tickets shall be made in accordance with the rule of the Florida Lottery governing payment of prizes. A copy of the current rule can be obtained from the Florida Lottery, Office of the General Counsel, 250 Marriott Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-4011.
