53ER18. Emergency Rule For Year 2018 |
1(1) Sales for the Draw game (also known as an online terminal game) LUCKY MONEY16™, 17including LUCKY MONEY20™ 21with EZmatch23™, 24will end after the draw close for the January 29, 2019, drawing. If there is not a Jackpot prize winner in the January 29, 2019, LUCKY MONEY drawing and the Jackpot prize pool is not capped at the $2 million 64deferred payment value threshold, 68any funds remaining in the LUCKY MONEY jackpot prize pool shall be carried over to the Jackpot prize pool of the first JACKPOT TRIPLE PLAY93™ 94drawing. If there is not a Jackpot prize winner in the January 29, 2019, LUCKY MONEY drawing and the Jackpot prize pool is capped at the $2 million deferred payment value threshold, the cash equivalent of the deferred payment value of $2 million paid over twenty-five (25) years shall be carried over to the Jackpot prize pool of the first JACKPOT TRIPLE PLAY drawing and the money in excess of that amount shall roll down and be distributed among the second through the seventh LUCKY MONEY prize levels in accordance with rule 53ER14-37, 187LUCKY MONEY189™, 190F.A.C.
191(2) The last day to redeem a LUCKY MONEY prize is 180 days after the winning drawing.
208(3) A player who redeems a prize of a free LUCKY MONEY quick pick ticket after January 29, 2019, will receive a prize of a free $1 JACKPOT TRIPLE PLAY Quick Pick ticket for the next available drawing.
