53ER21. Emergency Rule for Year 2021 |
1(1) Name of Game. Game Number 1504, LOTERIA9™10.
11(2) Game Number 1504, LOTERIA16™ 17is a Scratch-Off lottery game (also known as an instant lottery game).
29(3) Price. LOTERIA32™ 33lottery tickets sell for $2.00 per ticket.
40(4) LOTERIA42™ 43lottery tickets shall have a series of numbers in machine readable code (or bar code) on the back of the ticket, along with a validation number under the latex area on the ticket. To be a valid winning LOTERIA82™ 83lottery ticket, the ticket must meet the applicable requirements of Rule 53ER21-34, Payment of Prizes, F.A.C.
99(5) The play symbols and play symbol captions that may appear in the CALLER’S CARDS play area or the BONUS CALLER’S CARD play area are as follows:

132(7) Determination of Prizewinners.
136(a) There are fourteen CALLER’S CARDS and one BONUS CALLER’S CARD on each LOTERIA150™ 151ticket. All fifteen caller cards are used to play the game. Players match the play symbols and corresponding play symbol captions on the CALLER’S CARDS and BONUS CALLER’S CARD to the play symbols and corresponding play symbol captions on the PLAYING BOARD. A ticket having a total of four matching play symbols and corresponding play symbol captions in any one complete horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line shall entitle the claimant to the prize shown for that line.
228(229b) The possible prizes are $2, $5, $10, $20, $40, $100, $200, $400, $10,000, and $30,000.
247(c) A player may win up to three (3) times on a ticket.
260(8) The odds of winning, value, and number of prizes in Game Number 1504 are as follows:

452(9) The overall odds of winning some prize in Game Number 1504 are 1 in 4.63. Prizes, including the top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of ticket purchase. Prizes may be unavailable due to prior sales or other causes occurring in the normal course of business including, but not limited to, ticket damage, defect, theft, or loss.
512(10) For reorders of Game Number 1504, the odds of winning, value, and number of prizes shall be proportionate to the number of tickets reordered.
537(11) Payment of prizes for Game Number 1504, LOTERIA546™ 547lottery tickets shall be made in accordance with the rule of the Florida Lottery governing payment of prizes. A copy of the current rule can be obtained from the Florida Lottery, Office of the General Counsel, 250 Marriott Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-4011.
