53ER22. Emergency Rule for Year 2022 |
1(1) This amendment to emergency Rule 53ER21-33, F.A.C., is to change certain deadline dates.
15(2) This sentence in paragraph (9)(d) currently reads: “The 24trip 25must be booked by April 29, 2022 and must be taken by December 31, 2022.” This sentence is replaced, and the new one reads: “The 50trip 51must be booked by December 30, 2022 and must be taken and completed by April 30, 2023.”
68(3) This sentence in paragraph (9)(m) currently reads: “If the prizewinner claims the prize with the Florida Lottery but fails to make travel arrangements with the fulfillment company by April 29, 2022, the Trip Prize shall be forfeited except for the gift cards.” This sentence is replaced, and the new one reads: “If the prizewinner claims the prize with the Florida Lottery but fails to make travel arrangements with the fulfillment company by December 30, 2022, the Trip Prize shall be forfeited except for the gift cards.”
155(4) Except as provided herein, all other provisions of Rule 16553ER21-33, 166F.A.C., 167shall remain in full force and effect.
