153ER22-25 Game Number 5033, THE CASH WHEEL.
8(1) Name of Game. Game Number 5033, THE CASH WHEEL.
18(2) Game Number 5033, THE CASH WHEEL is a Scratch-Off lottery game (also known as an instant lottery game).
37(3) Price. THE CASH WHEEL lottery tickets sell for $3.00 per ticket.
49(4) THE CASH WHEEL lottery tickets shall have a series of numbers in machine readable code (or bar code) on the back of the ticket, along with a validation number under the latex area on the ticket. To be a valid winning THE CASH WHEEL lottery ticket, the ticket must meet the applicable requirements of Rule 53ER21-34, Payment of Prizes, F.A.C., and subsequent versions thereof.

166(9) Determination of Prizewinners.
170(a) Players are to scratch the Play Area in the center of The Cash Wheel. A ticket having three (3) matching play symbols and corresponding play symbol captions in any one complete horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line shall entitle the player to the corresponding prizes as indicated by both arrows in the completed horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line.
228(b) MULTIPLIER BONUS BOX. 232A player who has won a prize will scratch 241the MULTIPLIER BONUS BOX play area. A ticket having a
251multiplier symbol and corresponding multiplier symbol caption in the Multiplier Bonus Box play area shall entitle the prizewinner to one times the prizes won (i. e. no change to the prizes won). 283A ticket having a 
287multiplier symbol and corresponding multiplier symbol caption in the Multiplier Bonus Box play area shall entitle the prizewinner two times the prizes won. 310A ticket having a 
314multiplier symbol and corresponding multiplier symbol caption in the Multiplier Bonus Box play area shall entitle the prizewinner three times the prizes won. A ticket having a 
341multiplier symbol and corresponding multiplier symbol caption in the Multiplier Bonus Box play area shall entitle the prizewinner five times the prizes won.364(c) A player may win up to four (4) times on a ticket.

1161(11) The overall odds of winning some prize in Game Number 5033 are 1 in 4.50. Prizes, including the top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of ticket purchase. Prizes may be unavailable due to prior sales or other causes occurring in the normal course of business including, but not limited to, ticket damage, defect, theft, or loss.
1221(12) For reorders of Game Number 5033, the odds of winning, value, and number of prizes shall be proportionate to the number of tickets reordered.
1246(13) Payment of prizes for Game Number 5033, THE CASH WHEEL 1257lottery tickets shall be made in accordance with the Florida Lottery’s rule governing payment of prizes. A copy of the current rule can be obtained from the Florida Lottery, Office of the General Counsel, 250 Marriott Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-4011.
