53ER22-47. PICK Daily Games™ Promotion (Replaced by 53ER23-51)

(1) Beginning August 15, 2022, and ending September 25, 2022 (11:59:59 p.m.) (“Promotion Period”), the Florida Lottery will conduct the PICK Daily Games Promotion (“Promotion”). PICK games are PICK 2TM, PICK 3TM, PICK 4TM, and PICK 5TM.

(2) How to Participate.

(a) Coupon for Free PICK 5. Every Tuesday, beginning August 16, 2022, and through September 20, 2022, a player that purchases any PICK $1 or greater Straight Play ticket will receive a coupon for a free PICK 5 $1 Straight Quick Pick ticket. The coupon will print at the time of purchase. The coupon redemption deadline is November 19, 2022 (11:59:59 p.m.), subject to retailer or Lottery office operating hours.

(b) 50% Discount. Every Friday, beginning August 19, 2022, and through September 23, 2022, a player will receive fifty percent (50%) off the purchase price of a PICK Plus FIREBALL ticket for which the purchase price is $48, inclusive, and under. A player must select or ask for FIREBALL. Advance Play ticket purchases are not eligible.

(3) Retailer Incentive. During the Promotion Period, retailers selling PICK 2 or PICK 2 Plus Fireball tickets of any value will receive a double sales commission.

(4) Taxes. Any Federal, state, and/or local taxes and/or other costs and fees will be the responsibility of the player.

(5) Other Restrictions and Provisions.

(a) A player must be at least 18 years of age.

(b) All players and ticket purchases are subject to the provisions of Chapter 24, Florida Statutes, and rules promulgated thereunder. Copies of current rules can be obtained from the Florida Lottery, Office of the General Counsel, 250 Marriott Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-4011.

(c) Persons prohibited by Section 24.116, F.S., from purchasing a Florida Lottery ticket are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
