34(a) 35Up to, 37through, 38and including, the issuance of the 9,999,99947th 48Raffle ticket, 50or until the end of the Promotion Period, whichever occurs first, 61o62ne Raffle ticket will be issued to p70layers who purchase 73a 74single 75ticket, 76of a 78$10 or greater purchase price, 83for 84any 85CASH POP87TM, 88FLORIDA LOTTO90®, 91MEGA MILLIONS93®, 94or 95POWERBALL96® 97draw 98game99.

A prize alert symbol 224will 225print on qualifying draw game ticket231s232. 233Upon 234the issuance of the 9,999,999241th 242Raffle ticket, no additional 246R247affle tickets will be issued. 252Should a 254problem 255arise concerning the transaction, it is 261a 262player's responsibility to seek resolution 267with the retailer and the Florida Lottery prior to leaving the retail 279or Lottery 281office location. 283Each 284Raffle 285ticket will contain a unique number 291that 292will automatically be entered into the next available 300Raffle 301drawing; 302the next available Raffle draw date will print on 311a 312Raffle ticket314. 315Players shall keep their 319original 320Raffle 321ticket322/323s 324throughout the Promotion Period, 328which will be needed for determining if a prize has been won and for redeeming a prize won, if any.

455(a) 456The Florida Lottery will conduct 461five 462(4635464) 465drawing466s 467in the Promotion 470to select 472winning 473Raffle ticket 475numbers476. 477Drawings will be held on the dates listed in the table, 488below, from entries 491generated 492by 11:59:59 (ET) on the 497Drawing 498Entry Period end date502. 503D504rawing505s 506wi507ll be public, held in Tallahassee, Florida, and witnessed by an accountant employed by an independent certified public accounting firm.
527(b) 528Only Raffle tickets issued during 533a 534Drawing Entry P537eriod, listed in the table below, will be entered into the associated drawing. 971(b) 972A 973player with a 976winning 977Raffle 978ticket 979may redee981m it 983at any Lottery retailer, 987providing a retailer has sufficient cash on hand 995or otherwise has the ability to issue prize payment, 1004or Lottery office 1007or 1008may 1009mail 1010it 1011to the Florida Lottery, Attn: Claims Processing, 250 Marriott Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 10233231024010251. Only an original Raffle ticket shall be 1033honored 1034for prize redemption; 1037a 1038copy, photograph, and the like, 1043in any form 1046or in any 1049medium will not be accepted1054. 1055If a player mails in a winning 1062Raffle 1063tic1064ket, the player shall include, 1069in legible writing, 1072his/her name, mailing address, telephone number, and an email address, 1082along with the original ticket1087. 1088Any mailing must be post-marked on or before the 1097applicable 1098W1099INNING 1100RAFFLE 1101TICKET REDEMPTION DEADLINE 1104date, set forth in the table 1110under 1111subsection (111331114), above. 1116The risk of mailing remains with the player. 1188(1189d1190) Should any winning 1194Raffle 1195ticket not be redeemed, the prize associated with that winning 1205Raffle 1206ticket will not be awarded, 1211and the player will not otherwise 1217be 1218compensated1219. 1220In the event 1223that 12249,999,999 Raffle tickets are not issued by the end of the Promotion 1238Period, 1239any remaining tic1242kets will not otherwise 1246be 1247issued.

1383(1384d1385) By entering the 1389Limited-Time $500 1391Raffle 1392Promotion, a player gives his1397/1398her permission for the Florida Lottery to photograph and/or videotape and record the winner with or without prior notification and to use the name, photograph, videotape, and/or recording of the winner for advertising or publicity purpos1434es without additional compensation.
1438(e) 1439If there is a conflict 1444between a provision set forth in this Rule and any promotion 1455materials, 1456including, but not limited to, point of sale, television, radio, and print advertising, and other promotion1472al 1473media1474/materials, 1475the terms of this Rule shall 1481prevail.
