57-20. Organization |
1(1) The President is the Chief Administrative and Operational Officer for the Board of Directors of Space Florida, and shall direct and supervise the administrative affairs of the Board of Directors and Space Florida. The Board of Directors may delegate to the President those powers and responsibilities it deems appropriate, except for the appointment of a President.
58(2) The 60Treasurer of Space Florida shall have charge of the funds of Space Florida 73with the advice and consent of the Board of Directors, as provided in Section 87331.309, F.S. 89The Board may give the Treasurer such other or additional powers and duties as the Board may deem appropriate, 108as provided in Section 112331.309, F.S114.
115(3) 116Any other officers of Space Florida shall have such powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors.
137(4) The Board shall establish the compensation of the President, Treasurer, 148and any other officer of Space Florida 155as provided in Sections 159331.309 160and 161331.310, F.S163.
