58C-1.002. Eligibility

Effective on Wednesday, September 24, 2008

1To be eligible for Community Care for the Elderly services, a person must be:

15(1) Age 60 or over; and

21(2) Functionally impaired pursuant to Section 27430.203(7), F.S., 29as determined by an initial comprehensive assessment and at least an annual reassessment using the form incorporated by reference in paragraph 5058A-1.010(1)(b), 51F.A.C.
