58H-1.007. Dwelling Requirements

Effective on Wednesday, September 24, 2008

1(1) The dwelling must comply with safety, fire, 9and sanitation standards as described in the 16case management agency’s contract with the area agency on aging.

26(2) When a home is determined not to meet the standards set forth for the Home Care 43for the Elderly p47rogram, the applicant 50must 51be notified in writing.
