59G-1.001. Purpose

1The agency adopts these rules to comply with the requirements of Chapter 409, F.S. All rules in Chapter 59G, F.A.C., must be read in conjunction with the statutes, federal regulations, and all other rules and regulations pertaining to the Medicaid program.
