59A-1. Certification Of Organ Procurement Organizations, Tissue Banks, And Eye Banks (In Memory Of Charles Arleigh Lincoln, Ph.D.) |
1(1) Annual agency fee assessments shall be determined in accordance with Section 381.6024(1), F.S., and shall be based on the annual report as described in subsections 2759A-1.009(5), 28(6) or (7), F.A.C., received by the AHCA 30 days after the anniversary date of certification.
44(2) The AHCA shall issue annual agency fee assessments to each agency within 60 days after the anniversary date of certification for each agency of each year. Each agency must pay its annual assessment by the close of business 90 days after the anniversary date of certification.
91(3) Annual agency fee assessments and administrative fines, collected in accordance with subsection 10459A-1.012(1), 105F.A.C., shall be deposited in the Florida Organ and Tissue Donor Education and Procurement Trust Fund.
