59A-13.008. Child Care Policies  


Effective on Thursday, June 22, 2006
  • 1(1) Each PPEC center must develop, implement, and maintain written policies and procedures governing all child care and related medical or other services provided.

    25(2) Child care policies and procedures must be developed, maintained and implemented by a group of professional PPEC center staff personnel comprised of at least the medical director or medical consultant, the center’s administrator, and the director of nursing services. All child care policies and procedures must be reviewed at least annually and revised as needed.

    81(3) The child care policies and procedures developed must, at a minimum, ensure compliance with the provisions of Section 100400.914, F.S., 102and the standards contained in these rules.
