1Health insurers who meet the criteria in subsections (1), (2) or (3) of this section are exempt from the data collection and reporting requirements of Rules 2759B-14.001 28through 2959B-14.008, 30F.A.C.
31(1) Health insurers with less than $1,000,000 in direct premiums earned for new and renewal business specific to covered Florida residents from all health plans as described in subsection 6259B-14.002(1), 63F.A.C., in the year prior to the measurement year.
72(2) Health insurers with less than 5,000 covered lives in the state of Florida for all health plans excluding self-insured plans at any time during the measurement year.
101(3) New health insurers starting operations after January 1 of the measurement year excluding health insurers formed by the merger of one or more health insurers that had more than $1,000,000 in direct premiums earned for new and renewal business specific to covered Florida residents from all health plans as described in subsection 15659B-14.002(1), 157F.A.C., in the year prior to the measurement year.
