59E-2. Organization And Procedure And Rules Of General Applicability |
1(1) In order to provide consistency and predictability in the imposition of administrative fines, the Agency will follow these guidelines in imposing fines for the following offenses.
28(a) Failure to file a report or document on or before the due date; failure to correct a report or document which has been filed but contained errors or deficiencies; failure to pay an assessment due pursuant to Sections 67408.08, 68408.20, F.S.70:

195(3) This rule is in effect for five years from its effective date.
