59G-4.110. Hearing Services

Effective on Wednesday, June 29, 2016

1(1) This rule applies to 6any person or entity prescribing or reviewing a request for hearing services and to 20all providers of hearing services who are enrolled in or registered with the Florida Medicaid program.

36(2) All 38persons or entities described in subsection (1) 45must be in compliance with the provisions of the Florida Medicaid Hearing Services Coverage Policy, June 2016, incorporated by reference.
