59G-4.140. Hospice Services

Effective on Thursday, June 2, 2016

1(1) This rule applies to 6any person or entity prescribing or reviewing a request for hospice services and to 20all 21providers of 23hospice services 25who are 27enrolled in 29or registered with 32the 33Florida 34Medicaid program.
