59G-6.035. Certified Public Expenditures Program for Emergency Transportation Services

  • 1(1) This rule applies to all publicly owned or operated emergency transportation services providers rendering Florida Medicaid emergency transportation services to recipients under the fee-for-service delivery system.

    148(3) Funds are appropriated from the Medical Care Trust Fund for the Certified Public Expenditures Program for Emergency Transportation Services and are supplemental to the reimbursement rates on the Florida Medicaid Emergency Transportation Services Fee Schedule, incorporated by reference in Rule 18959G-4.002, 190F.A.C.
