59H-1.013. Procedures for Handling Disputes

Effective on Wednesday, June 7, 2000

1All disputes among counties, the agency, a participating hospital or a regional referral hospital shall be resolved by order as provided in Chapter 120, F.S. Hearings shall be conducted as provided in Section 34120.57, F.S., 36except that the hearing officer’s order shall be the final agency action.
