1By reference, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), 89 CFR 54.7 11(2002) is adopted. The family of diseases known as Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (TSEs) includes CWD as well as Scrapie. The management of positive or exposed animals is the same for each disease.
