5E-4.004. Worthless Seed

Effective on Sunday, July 7, 2019

1Agricultural, vegetable, flower, tree, or shrub seed shall be deemed worthless for planting purposes if containing in excess of two percent (2%) of total weed seed or more noxious weed seed than shown in rule 365E-4.003, 37F.A.C., and shall not be sold for such purposes.
