5J-9.0041. Vacation Certificates - Right to Cancel

Effective on Tuesday, January 3, 1995

1If the purchaser of a vacation certificate exercises the right of cancellation, the cancellation shall apply to all sellers of travel involved in the sale or fulfillment of the vacation certificate provided for in the certificate. The seller of travel receiving the cancellation notice shall notify any other seller of travel affected by the cancellation.
